Honorable guests, My dear colleagues, Faculty staff and Team Alluvium in general. It feels so awesome standing before you on this important day in my journey with Alluvium, a journey that began full of questions, anxieties and uncertainties but is now getting clearer, definite and purposeful with each passing day, and today marks a key milestone in this career-defining journey.
It has been three intense months of learning, up-skilling, working and generally growing more technical competencies. I cherish every moment I have had gaining and improving skills in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian products in general, Python, DevOps, Data Migration, Offering Technical Support, gaining Business ethics and ramping up Certifications and Badges.
Of course, it has not been all work only, I recall vividly the visit to Ikogosi warm springs, the special meals, several Netflix nights & chill, the barbecue Sunday and a lot more I will not mention here. All these help to refreshen the mind and make one more productive in the workplace.
It is one thing to be trained in various competencies, it is another thing altogether putting the acquired knowledge to practice on live projects and work situations.
